Well .. it's taken a year .. since the first attempt to build a reliable
Arduino Webserver .. but David has done it! (This was written in December 2018 )
- First get the bits and pieces .. Arduino UNO, Temperature
sensor, Wifi board, SD Card reader, battery backed clock and a power
supply

- Next select the appropriate libraries of code that will work
with the components we bought for the online datalogger
- Write the code and test it!

- Keep your fingers crossed .. it has taken almost a year (off and
on) to get to this point! Yay .. it works!
- Now ( May 2020 ) we are moving this idea onto boards running the
ESP8266 and the ESP32
