Arduino IDE and Raspberry Pi Python Communication

Two dissimilar electronic devices .. each with their own strengths are used to transmit data to the Mathematica databin.

the Arduino operates as the backup to all the stored data.  The critical lines of code are the serial.print lines
The Python code retrieves the serial data using the UNO USB cable and stores it for later transmission to the Mathematica data bin
