STEaM -- the Serious Side?

Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Maths .. in our view .. requires an integrated approach to learning.  If a student needs to measure the temperature and humidity over a long period of time .. why not let them build a datalogger.

Of course .. in class we do dataloggers!! and of course we might wish to measure liquid temperatures and log the values onto an SD card.
